Moderna feels like an upscale restaurant with very affordable pricing. As soon as you walk in the vibe is very low-key quiet yet family friendly. It’s a great place to hold a business lunch or a great option for that hot date you’ve been waiting to go on. The food is amazing. I ordered a beet salad that was spectacular. I also tried the pepperoni cheese pizza that was cooked to perfection in their huge oven, sitting in the center of the restaurant. We topped it all off with pasta rolled through their cheese wheel made at tableside. I highly recommend this spot, make your reservations ahead of time because they are getting very busy.

Went on a date with my husband for lunch and we were blown away by Moderna! There is a lot of free parking on the building where the restaurant is located and they are spacious. From the moment you walk in the place the staff is very attentive and everything is beautifully decorated. Chef Mike and his team do a fantastic job to deliver only quality ingredients and prepare dishes that are very delicious. We were completely amazed to how 10/10 the service, food, atmosphere and even pricing was here. Stop by and show them some love! ❤️

We were very pleasantly impressed with this spot, chef Leo has really brought it. We started off with the caprese salad, then later got a pizza and the tableside tagliatelle. Everything had a beautiful presentation and a fun conversation with a large wheel of cheese. The drinks were excellent and really added to the whole experience. Our server, Hamlet, was fantastic. His recommendations were on point, service friendly, and quite expeditious. Cannot recommend him and this restaurant enough!! Make sure to get your parking slip validated, made it very easy to park at.

Upon arriving at Moderna Bar & Pizzeria, the door was opened and held for my party by one of several well dressed hostesses. We were early and the hostesses said our table was already prepared for us. We were seated at what felt like the best table in the restaurant - but as I looked around, I realized there were no bad seats in the entire space. All the detailing from the brass sconces to the patterned wallpaper felt intentionally curated. Even the bathrooms carry the ambience so that you do not feel like you left the restaurant. From there a beautiful painting hangs on the wall inviting you back to the dining area while reminding you that you came to eat Italian food fit for a queen. As enjoyable as the space was, the food was equally impressive. At first I thought my favorite dish was the Meatballs della Nonna but now I know my favorite was the Tagliatelle alla Ruota. This dish is prepared tableside in a flaming Parmigiano wheel coating the pasta in rich creamy sauce that made my mouth water. The Famous 20-Layer "Lasagna Moderna" was a work of art as well as a huge hit. My children counted the layers to make sure they got every layer. The staff was very well trained. At appropriate times of the night we were visited by the Executive Chef Leo to make sure the food quality was right and the General Manager to ensure we were not lacking in any other areas. The pricing was more than fair considering the quality and portion sizes. Pro Tip - Eat the pastas family style so you get to try more than one. After reflecting on the night I realized I never made it around the pizza oven to the bar area or to the outside patio and we did not order a pizza. At Moderna Bar & Pizzeria, there is more to discover and that is why we will be coming back.
