I’ve been a loyal customer of Jakeeno's for nearly 30 years, which is why this was so disappointing. After staff told me to return the next day, I came back while the restaurant was open for business, yet I was stopped at the door and told they were hosting a private party. When I asked about reordering the pizza, the owner/manager appeared annoyed and said, “We have a private party now, so I’ll refund you later,” followed by, “You can’t expect to return a pizza half eaten,” in a rude, accusatory tone. I wasn’t demanding a refund—only basic courtesy. The restaurant was technically open, but clearly unwelcoming. The manager loudly proclaimed I would be refunded. While I disagree with how I was treated, I agree a refund isn’t necessary—please keep it. I didn’t leave because of the pizza. I left because of the way I was spoken to.

This is my favorite pizza place! I grew up getting pizza and lasagna here. Brought my daughter on Mother's day, it's been a few years since I had it, still delicious 😋

The service was very good,it's homely,food came out fast the sausage links tasty like 👍,and the veggie pizza on a thin crust,very freshly made,I enjoyed my early lunch.

Stopped in late night after my work shift to grab a pie and have a drink on my way home. Counter service was fast and pleasant. The bartender was an absolute gem and made my wait very pleasant while the food cooked. She was amazing and so was the counter person. This is why I love Jakeenos. Pizza was top notch even near closing time. Thanks for catering to us fellow night workers.

Updated review. Been going here for years. Live in the neighborhood. Has become a great neighborhood bar! Friendly staff! Excellent food! Old school pizza!! Fresh hot wings! Not fried and then refried when ordered like some places.
