Dear Eddie & Sam’s New York Pizza team, I’m writing to share my experience after visiting your pizzeria for the first time. I had high expectations, as my wife had enjoyed your food before. However, unfortunately, the pizza we ordered was mostly burnt on the bottom and edges, and it was also overly salty. I really wanted to give constructive feedback since this was my first visit, and I hope you can improve on this aspect. Thank you for your attention.

The only good thing was the service they were fast and friendly. The sauce had no flavor, the crust wasn’t good the toppings were mid the flavor was mid, not authentic my pizza yeah it’s my style BUT it’s not anywhere near NY pizza. I get we’re not in NY but even if it came kinda close I could respect it but nah it was 6/10 I took a few bites an was done gave to a nice homeless man outside he enjoyed it.

4 Stars, Let me start by saying this pizza was good, above average overall, but not true NY style. I have had my share of pizza as a native New Yorker and as a certified pizza judge over the years. The crust/dough of this pizza pie was more of a cracker like consistency, less chew than like NY style crust, lackes in flavor, missing the yeast taste, and overall bland dough. Again it was not bad pizza but its not NY pie. Toppings are of decent quality, good ratio of toppings, fantastic selection of slices ready to go. Great service, decent seating areas. Parking.... i know its not the restaurants fault but good luck on that, when you do its 14$ at the lots, the real NY experience. Grandma pizza was excellent, great flavors and overall excellent experience. Tiramisu was ok. Instagram/TikTok @foodieadventuresusa

Tomato Basil pizza is THE BEST 👌 like seriously 😋 im a garlic/cheese lover and its so refreshing to bite into, the tomatoes 🍅 are the perfect zest to it. I honestly prefer it over the meat lovers which is generally my favorite anywhere. Also the hot wings were soo good!

When I tell you one of the best New York Style pizzerias out there in Florida, I mean it. As a native NYer, this gets a 10/10. It tastes exactly like home and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Not to mention great walking distance from lots of spots in the Downtown area of Tampa especially near Straz. This will be my go to spot whenever im in Downtown Tampa.
