Pizza is perfect and so delicious! Im new to the area. I love supporting local this place is right down the street. I will definitely be back. We got 2 pizzas, both medium, hand tossed, chicken bacon ranch, and supreme. Crust is a perfect 👌

This is a to-go style place, so no where to eat inside. The large hand tossed was a very good party style pizza. They mentioned that the thin crust is a NY style thin crust so I am excited to try thay next time. Garlic knots were soooo garlicy and delicious, perfection. Nice little family owned place.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Pope’s pizza place. Pizza was delicious and the owners are absolutely amazing. Taco pizza was different, but so good. The Sweet Heat was my personal favorite!!! We cannot wait to go back.

My wife and I were die hard Hungry Howies customers. We were shocked and bummed it closed. When we discovered it was now Pope's we decided to give it a try, not expecting it to be as good. So glad we were wrong. Better crust, sauce, cheese and more, fresher toppings. Garlic knots are incredibly good. The deals are fantastic. Highly recommend. Best Pizza in SA!

Was disappointed when old pizza place closed then I found Popes had opened in that location. Ordered a few large pizza's for the office on a Friday and had them delivered. It was a hit, thumbs up from all my colleagues! A few extra details: - I noticed they still have their Wednesday special for a large $6.99 pizza for carryout, that is great. - They use Toast for online ordering which I really appreciate - Delivery was VERY fast. The delivery fee was $5.99 which is a little high but it was quick and worth it - Only downside for me is their reward program. It rewards after 5 visits, regardless if I place a $15 dollar order or a $100 order. I would prefer points for each dollar spent. All in all, great experience. Happy to support a local small business. They obviously have quality control checks in place, really good pizza.
