I had such a great experience here! The pizza was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Esteban, was truly the best. He was attentive, warm, and made sure we had everything we needed. We also loved the outdoor seating; the ambience was relaxing and made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend the Tiramisu, it was incredibly flavorful — perfectly sweet, creamy, and made to perfection. Truly a wonderful dessert that finished off the meal beautifully. Fyi they have their own free private parking in the back and it was definitely convenient.

We were out sightseeing, and our night ran a little late, so we didn't make our original plan for a restaurant. I looked up this little gem, and we are glad we did. This place is decorated very nicely. The employees are amazing and very welcoming and helpful. The food takes a bit, but we were there late, and they had many to go orders, but trust us, the wait was well worth it. The pizza was just perfect. A very thin and crunchy crust, the sauce was very good. We were celebrating our 3 year anniversary, so they brought us out a mixed drink and some fruit salad. The atmosphere was great. I wish we could give more stars. We will definitely visit again when we are in town.

Great Pizza! Thinnest crispiest crust I never had! And very tasty. We had the Vesuvio pizza and the pesto tortellini, which was also delicious. Loved it, especially since we needed somewhere to eat late at night. We sat outside, nice weather and good atmosphere.

There is superb customer service and then there’s Pizzeria Vesuvio customer service. We ordered delivery for our first experience, but after an hour and a half we still had no pizza. We called the restaurant and together realized Uber Eats had totally fumbled our order. The man I spoke to on the phone, who I can only assume was the owner, immediately said they were making another pizza and would deliver it THEMSELVES. Like what? I haven’t received customer service like that maybe ever. Within minutes they were headed our way and handed us what my wife described as her new favorite pizza in San Antonio. Regardless of the tremendous food, the elite level of customer service created lifelong returning customers immediately. We’ve been talking about how we can’t wait to visit the restaurant in person and try more of their terrific food. SO happy we ate here and had this experience.
