We love pizza and hadn't tried Mountain Mike's. We went in for the buffet. This has to be one of the most pitiful excuses for a pizza buffet Ive ever experienced. The "buffet consisted of 1 and a half like warm pizzas, potato wedges and salad bar with brown lettuce. More customers entered while we were there and a total of 7-8 of us all are the same pizza. The girl working there never brought any hot fresh pizza out. The atmosphere might have just as well had a sign that said " eat as much as you want of the luke warm pizza that's out and don't expect us to make any more, we're cheap and can't afford to make more". As we were leaving I notice there was a pizza that had been cooked waiting outside the oven like it couldn't find its way to the buffet. Sad and really disappointing. Won't ever be back.

Our group of 7 came in for a casual pizza night and walked away genuinely impressed. Not just by the food, but by the outstanding service we received from Kaur. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, warm, and completely on top of everything. She went out of her way to make sure every single item we ordered was made fresh by the kitchen. No shortcuts, just care and effort. When we weren’t sure what to get, her suggestions were spot on and clearly came from someone who actually knows and loves the menu. She guided us through our choices without being pushy, and everything she recommended was a hit. What really stood out was how she checked in on us throughout the meal. Not in an intrusive way, but genuinely making sure our food was hitting the mark and that nobody needed anything. Managing a table of 7 is no small task, but Kaur handled it with total grace and a smile the entire time. She is the definition of exceptional hospitality! Incredibly polite, genuinely friendly, and so helpful from start to finish. Mountain Mike’s is lucky to have someone like her representing their restaurant. We’ll absolutely be coming back, and honestly, Kaur is a big reason why. Thank you, Kaur! You turned a pizza dinner into a genuinely great experience! 🍕

Our crew of seven swung by for a quick lunch and we were seriously blown away. The food was solid, but Kaur’s service was next-level. Right from the jump, she was super welcoming and totally on top of her game. ​She went the extra mile to make sure everything we ordered came out piping hot and fresh—no stale slices here. Since we were a little indecisive, she gave us some killer recommendations. You can tell she actually knows the menu inside and out, and she guided us to some awesome picks without being pushy at all. ​What was really cool was how she kept an eye on us. She wasn’t hovering, but she always popped up at the perfect time to make sure we were happy. Keeping a group of seven satisfied during the lunch rush is a tall order, but she handled it like a total pro with a great attitude. ​Kaur is a total rockstar! She was incredibly polite, super chill, and helpful throughout the whole meal. Mountain Mike’s hit the jackpot with her. We’ll definitely be back, and she’s a huge reason why. ​Huge thanks, Kaur! You turned a simple pizza lunch into an awesome experience.

My first visit to Mountain Mike’s Pizza on Stockdale Highway was a great experience. The customer service was excellent, the pizza was delicious, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. The store was clean, neat, and not too busy, which made everything feel relaxed and comfortable. I also liked the screens playing sports and other enjoyable content like hockey, Formula 1, and soccer, which made the experience even better. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend stopping by, and I will definitely return.

I placed an online order today to pick up pizza from the location on California and Stockdale. They had an online deal for 1 pepperoni pizza, one side of garlic cheese bread and one two liter of soda for $25. I go to pick up my order, apparently they are under new ownership. I needed to pay for my order and the lady did not want to honor the deal because I requested light sauce on my pizza. The manager came over and she argued with him for about 10 minutes. Then she gave me the discount and told me I cannot place another order unless I change nothing on it (light, easy sauce is apparently too much) finally she let's me pay, gives me my order and the pizza was cold and seemed like it had been setting out for over an hour. I had only placed the order 20 minutes prior to my arrival. Definitely will not be returning. Such a shame as they have always had such good pizza.
