Great place to grab a tasty bite. Stopped in for dinner on a Wednesday. We didn’t want to go on the weekend because it’s hard to find parking. Started off with a Caesar salad and the cheese focaccia. Salad was excellent- I didn’t like the bread. I got the lemon Alfredo with chicken. Just the right amount of lemon to give it a pop, without being overwhelming. Hubs got the rigatoni with Italian sausage. We will definitely come back. Pasta is made in house and the difference is tastable. Atmosphere is lacking though. You don’t think this is going to be a really nice restaurant until you try the food.

We stopped by Gambill’s Pastaria on Saturday for an early dinner and had a wonderful experience. We ordered the rigatoni pomodoro and a 16 inch goat cheese pizza, adding sausage and mushrooms. For dessert we took home the ricotta cheesecake and tiramisu. The standout of the night was the pizza. The goat cheese pizza with sausage and mushrooms was easily one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The crust was perfectly cooked and the flavors were incredibly balanced. The sausage and mushrooms paired beautifully with the tangy goat cheese and every bite was delicious. We will absolutely be back for that pizza.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Okay… LISTEN. We went to Gambill’s Pastaria for my birthday and I am telling you — this place is the REAL DEAL 🙌 Everything is made fresh, and you can taste it. We had the chicken parmesan and the fried mozzarella, and WOW… absolutely incredible. Crispy, cheesy, flavorful — every single bite was perfection. And here’s the kicker… it was SO good, our college kids made us go back AGAIN on Saturday while they were home 😂 That never happens unless it’s amazing! If you haven’t been yet… GO. Don’t wait. You will not be disappointed. Trust me on this one 😉 Every dessert was outstanding... but the cheesecake is the best I've ever had!

Fettuccine Alfredo, Fettuccine bolognese, focaccia bread and meatballs. Alfredo sauce was so smooth and creamy. The bolognese was full of meat and very good. The bread was fresh and the meatballs were so good. Definitely will be eating here again

We have found our new favorite restaurant!!! I am stuffed like a cannolli after not even a third of the Thursday special: LASAGNA! My wife is perfectly satisfied after just 2 pieces of the 16" Goat Cheese Pizza. The Spaghetti with Mama's Meat Sauce I got the last time was so great, I remember it weeks later to add to this review! Back again today for Spaghetti Bolognese and another 16" Goat Cheese Pizza... And a slice of cheesecake--we had to eat dessert before the main dish (you never know when aliens are going to come and take you-eat dessert first!). Glad we are the cheesecake first! We were soon stuffed with the excellent pizza and pasta (again). This is a family restaurant that makes everything from scratch, cuts meat and grinds burger and sausage fresh daily... And they make their own noodles--I love making noodles, and restaurants that make their own noodles fresh daily! The dining area is a clean, fairly simple area, with cool vintage arcade games--and a couple miniature games for kids! The dining area was full tonight. With my sensory issues, I needed earplugs, and was fine with them in. Eating in, taking out... Eating in and taking home enough for multiple meals later, I recommend it all, and visit with the great family at Gambill's -- of they have enough time to visit, they do get busy. I love them!
