I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Bisonte Pizza. I received a flyer advertising a large New York or Buffalo-style pizza with one topping for 50% off. Based on that promotion, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for pickup, assuming pepperoni would count as the included topping. When I arrived, I was charged an additional $3.99 for pepperoni. I was told that the restaurant considers cheese a topping, meaning the promotion only covered cheese. That is misleading. Cheese is a standard part of a pizza, not an added topping. If the deal only applies to a plain cheese pizza, that needs to be clearly stated. Advertising “one topping” and then charging extra for what most customers reasonably understand to be that topping feels deceptive. To make matters worse, the pizza itself was extremely oily and greasy, to the point where it was dripping and difficult to enjoy. For the price paid, I expected better quality and clearer pricing practices. Transparency and consistency matter. I hope management reevaluates both how promotions are communicated and the overall quality control.

Food was amazing. Bisonte never disappoints. Renita, Paul and staff were amazing with their service and recommendations - Renita especially made sure our experience was special. The Pizza and Wings remain undefeated (Bourbon BBQ, Peach Honey were the best). The Stinger was nuts.

Most important is the food, pizza to be precise. Very good, very hot, but a little greasy. I guess that is to be expected with sausage. Service was excellent, and the place was nice. Maybe it is only me, but I am tired of being nickeled and dimed to death by stores and restaurants. No prices on the menus, (scan the QR code), so price can change a lot. Topping prices were different depending on whether you got a buffalo or NY pizza--same size pizza different price toppings. What? But what kills me is the 2.8% charge to pay for my meal: cash, credit, card... Never seen that before, But at least they didn't have a charge for napkins or electricity. I will probably come back because the pizza was good enough, but I will also be irritated at the way they charge.

Absolutely incredible experience at this pizza spot! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, the food was amazing, and the service was top tier. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly — easily some of the best I’ve had in a long time. A huge shoutout to the manager Ethan for running such a great place and making customers feel appreciated. You can tell he truly cares about the experience and the quality of the restaurant. Also, Chandler behind the bar was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and brought such a fun energy to the night. Her cocktails and customer service were just as impressive as the food. If you’re looking for great pizza, great drinks, and even better people, this is definitely the place to go. Can’t wait to come back!

We love coming here!! Renita is amazing. She always remembers our order from the first time we came here. The food is outstanding. Pizza is incredible and the blue cheese is the best I’ve ever had! The wings are always crispy and made with extra sauce. This is a true Buffalo place and they are lovely and welcoming
