I had such a great experience at Pizza 9! The customer service was excellent. The person who helped me was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was honestly 10 out of 10. Everything tasted super fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You could really tell they care about the quality of their food and their customers. I will definitely be coming back again soon!

This particular location always treats you like family if you’re not leaving with free dessert you’re leaving with coupons for the next visit. I love the special they have from Monday through Thursday half-price pizzas from 2 to 4. You can’t beat that especially as a college student.

The food is great. My problem is with the way the coupons are misrepresented. They have a coupon that offers 2 large 2 topping or specialty pizzas for $29.99,but when you order online or call the location, the price comes out to $33.00, before taxes snd around $35.00 after taxes. Maybe the coupon is mis-worded, but it is very deceiving as it is worded. These days $4.00 is $4.00.

My first time ordering, in amazed how i spend $35 on some tiny pizzas, im very dissapointed. This feed 1 to 2 people. Two pizzas that feeds 1 to 2 and spend almost $40. Very horrible not worth the hype or money. They need to change they way on putting orders/prizes, Amadeos tastes way better and prize is wayyyyy better. I just wanted to give this place a try but not worth it at all. WASTE OF MONEY.

Order was wrong and whoever made this pizza is using WAY TOO MUCH SAUCE. Especially because I did not request extra sauce. Also there was cheese on some slices but not on others. Whoever manages this store obviously is not conducting quality control checks. Even though pizza wasn't to order. I will give this restaurant another try because the response from the owner to find out what happened so customers have a good experience. Respect.
