How does one begin to describe the sensation one gets when taking a bite of a local businesses pizza for the first time? For this reviewer I'd describe that first bite as a slice of heaven (Pun intended) that you can sink your teeth into and let the cares and worries of the day melt away into, and its with that thought in mind that I am pleased to report that Wichita Brewing Co. & Pizza will offer you exactly that. Today is Easter Sunday, a day of family, memories, laughter and togetherness, and this reviewer was blessed to be able to join his own extended family in a lovely outing to the rustic, warm interior of Wichita brewing Co. For a hearty holiday lunch. When it comes to wait time? There was none, we were able to sit our party of FOURTEEN with ease as they arrived, from brothers to sisters, partners and children our family was set and served expertly by the wait staff to a culinary treat the likes of which I've not had in some time. The wood fired pizza (I got myself the aptly named 'Dad Joke') was a savory, succulent serving of satisfactory sanctity in an otherwise busy day and the garlic cheese bread would put even the big chains you've come to stomach to shame! In closing should you be in the area and crave a small slice of Wichita history and flavor? You cant do much better than here. Five stars, will absolutely be back again!

So disappointing. I just paid $15 for bowl of romaine lettuce (advertised as spring mix). It came w 3 pepperoni, 3 salami, 3 pcs cold unseasoned chicken (for which I paid $4 extra), a tbl of mozzarella and few sliced olives. Don't recommend ordering the WBC Italian salad.

I had a surprisingly bad experience here last Friday. Service was bad - it took a long time to get our food, we wanted a second round of drinks but the waitress never came by until we were finished eating, and I can't say it any other way - the waitress was put off by our existence. You might wonder, maybe they were busy? Nope. The entire time our waitress was at another table talking to other employees and slowly wrapping utensils in napkins. Ironically, she never brought us utensils. We've been many times and I can't describe it but something changed in the pizza. It wasn't bad but it wasn't as good. The beer was good, so there is that.

The food was decent, especially since they were short staffed tonight, however slow on the app as it came out at the same time as the food. The waitress forgot some of the extra things she advertised, and didnt clarify that the Jalapeño chips were just bagged kettle chips. Not a terrible experience, definitely better service than the East location, but still left disappointed especially for the ticket price.
