The most important part, the pizza, they execute flawlessly. Their service is also fairly on point for a new restaurant still working out the kinks. We had the special, which was a brisket pizza. Loved the brisket and jalapeños. There was a good kick without being overwhelming. The dough is firm yet fluffy, thin but not crispy. They make it from scratch and it shows. All the ingredients were fresh. Servers were smiling. Owners were attentive to the guests. My only recommendations. For the patio, get a few large potted plants/trees. Similarly, inside, I think they are missing an opportunity to add some flavor to the decorating. Putting things on the walls that imbue the environment with the concept they are selling would add depth to the experience. Their pizzas are 18 inches, which is substantial. Much larger than a normal pizza. Again, each one hand crafted. They have wine, beers, and coke products (I think it was coke). The selection isn’t vast, but I don’t expect that from a small pizza shop. I suspect they will be around for a long time. Definitely worth your time and money.

I have been waiting for a brick and mortar since the first time I tried this pizza. By far my favorite in town. This will soon become a regular spot for me.

So happy this wonderful food truck now has a brick & mortar location. The soft opening didn't feel rough around the edges at all service-wise, and the pizza itself was PHENOMENAL.

Hands down the best pizza in Wichita. Happy to have New Haven style close by. Tommy is a great guy and his dedication is proven in the quality of pie he produces.

I came in near the end of a very busy lunch rush and was able to place my take out order relatively quickly. Space was a little tight, with it being so tight mainly due to I would imagine how hot it was and people not wanting to wait outside. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was ready in about 25 mins. Both my wife and I absolutely loved it. The flavor of the dough was great and the sauce and pepperoni's with not to much cheese.
