If you’re looking for a great dinner spot in Chicago, this pizza place is definitely worth a visit. It’s a lively place to come with friends or coworkers, especially with all the sports-themed decor around the restaurant. The deep-dish pizza is excellent. It may look small at first, but it’s very filling and packed with flavor. I tried the bruschetta and The “Lou” pizza, and both were delicious — rich, cheesy, and perfectly baked. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago or craving authentic deep-dish pizza.

Our first experience with Chicago style deep dish pizza. Friendly staff Reasonable pricing Tasty pizza We tried the classic and were impressed. Very tasty sausage, generous cheese, crispy crust and delicious tomato sauce. Would definitely recommend to a friend. We shared a small- enough if you’re not starving but think a salad or a side would have been enough to fully fill the tank. Get a medium for 2 people if you want leftovers. Thanks for having us!

It was my first time having Lou Malnati’s and my server/bartender BIONCA was excellent. 10/10 on her recommendations and service were excellent. Her knowledge and care with her customer’s was outstanding! I definitely recommend for 1st timers trying deep-dish pizza or local alike she will take care of you. When you stop in make sure you ask to sit in her section! BIONCA will take care of you! I will be back next time I am in town…. because not only the food, “The Lou” pizza with Sausage added was exceptional with but the service was awesome!

Loved the atmosphere and the service. Pizza was good (not great...but really good). Was disappointed with the sauce and with how little the put on the spaghetti. I had to request additional marinara to eat it. Really chose this place due to the history of the restaurant. Now that we can day we've eaten at Lou Malnati's, probably won't be back. But definitely worth the try it you've never been.

The pizza is ok, nothing special, both the flavour and the texture. The personal size is too small and out of scale, it doesn’t seem a deep dish at all. The wait was so long, they made us sit quickly and then wait for more than 1h. The service was completely inefficient, our waiters didn’t understand a word, we sit and asked for cutlery many times, napkins and nothing, they brought us the cutlery almost at the end of the meal. Every requests was so hard to manage, even the basic one. I’m sorry but in a restaurant so busy like this you can’t have such a bad waiters, that can’t understand the basic of a good service.
