Great place! Our waiter Kelly Simmons was welcoming and gave great recommendations for food and the City. Critique of the food: parmesan encrusted brussels sprouts 5/5! Slight hints of sweet and salty in a glaze that was baked with the Brussels sprouts. Little bits of crusted bacon gave a fantastic crunch. Deep Dish Supreme Pizza: The pizza portion was 5/5 however the crust was a 2.5/5. I loved that the crust was cornbread. However the crust was too much plain corn bread on the outside…It needs something like a garlic rub, sauce dip, or cheese and sauce with the cornbread folded/ inside the crust. Overall very satisfied with everything else. I hope to come back here sometime in the future and would recommend this to anyone traveling or visiting.

As New Yorker, I know a great pizza product can come out to me in 15 mins or less in the big apple. I wasn’t impressed today. A 45 min plus wait for food to come out sours the experience. Service was mid atmosphere was very comfortable and had a Chicago vibe. The deep dish was very good with a robust tomato sauce and a buttery flakey crust.

Hands down one of the best deep dish pizza’s I’ve had. I loved the Margherita style, and washed it down with a super refreshing Gino’s lager, perfect after a day of walking around the city. I came here as a party of one today and the music and atmosphere, and Miguel my server, made it a great experience. Can’t wait to come back.

I’m currently spending the weekend in Chicago with my boyfriend this weekend for the first time and friend of mine recommended that we come here to try the deep dish pizza. We were served by our waiter Kelly who was absolutely amazing. He was very accommodating especially because I mentioned my shellfish allergy and immediately he guided me to appetizers that wasn’t cross contaminated. I’m glad he did because the Brussels sprouts was best I ever had. Me and my boyfriend did the build your own deep dish pizza and it was amazing. I felt great to have deep dish pizza for the first time and I’m truly glad I came to Gino.

Oh my god. I thought I wasn't a deep dish fan because I'd only had it outside of Chicago. This changed that completely! This was, without exaggeration, the best pizza I've ever had in my life. I'm going to order the frozen version and send it home so my husband can have some. This pizza is famous for a reason!
