Excellent experience! The pizza was absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients and full of flavor, the energy is incredible and perfect for enjoying time with family or friends. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. Definitely one of the best pizza spots to visit in Downtown Miami. Highly recommend

I used to pop into Urban Pizza Café once in a while since my condo complex is right across from it, and usually the experience was decent. Unfortunately, today was a huge disappointment because the customer service was honestly terrible. My partner and I ordered a large pizza to share and decided to dine in. From the moment we ordered, the young cashier was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. When we politely asked for mayo, she sighed loudly, rolled her eyes, and acted as if we were asking for something outrageous. The first portion she brought out was tiny, literally just a drop. We asked a second time for more mayo, and my partner even offered to pay for it since they were acting like it was such a huge inconvenience. Despite that, she came back with an even smaller portion, which honestly felt disrespectful and almost like a joke at that point. The entire experience became extremely uncomfortable because the staff kept looking over at us, making faces, whispering to each other, and staring in our direction, making it very obvious they were talking about us. We were so uncomfortable and put off by the service that we ended up leaving half the pizza untouched because we completely lost our appetite. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit genuinely left a bad impression, especially because the staff had been kind and accommodating on previous visits. Sadly, this experience was enough for us to decide not to return.

Atmosphere and pizza were excellent. Only complaint would be the bottom of the crust was slightly over done for my taste but other than that I really enjoyed the pizza. Some of the best tasting I have had in South Florida.

Best place ever the employees are so sweet they even gave us a free panna cotta made with nutella best thing ive ever had .Keep it Up Urban Cafe 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

10/10 Italian flavors!! 🇮🇹 As a born and raised Italian, this is my go to spot in Downtown. You have to try the focaccia here!
