If I could give Miami Slice more than 10 stars, I absolutely would. Earning the title of #3 slice in the entire USA is no surprise — it’s a well‑deserved recognition for a place that’s redefining what a perfect slice tastes like. From the moment you walk in, you know you’re about to experience something special. The crust alone is a masterpiece — blistered, airy, crisp on the outside, soft inside, and packed with flavor. It’s the kind of crust that makes you rethink every slice you’ve ever had before. And then there’s the toppings. The pepperoni is unreal — perfectly cupped, crispy edges, and that rich, savory punch that only the best pepperoni can deliver. The pesto? A total standout. Bright, aromatic, and layered with so much depth it feels like its own celebration on top of the slice. Every bite is balanced, intentional, and unforgettable. Miami Slice isn’t just serving pizza — they’re serving art. This is the kind of place you tell everyone about, the kind of slice you crave days later, the kind of experience that earns national recognition for a reason.

I finally made it to Miami slice after hearing all the food critics on YouTube rave about how it’s the best pizza in Miami, spoiler alert… it’s not. I put two photos of slices of their Margherita pepperoni and plain cheese and their hot honey. I will start with the good, very firm, well done, almost no flop, crispy pizza. Here’s the problems with the pizza. When I bite into a fresh slice, I expect flavor that resonates with and kind of explodes flavor of delicious mozzarella, good tomato sauce and high quality dough. This is a cheat food, it’s supposed to make you go mmmmm when you get that first bite, and sadly, this pizza just didn’t have that. The cheese was dull, they added feta to it for some reason and it was just really bland. I also put a picture of their hot honey which is sacrilegios to me to put on pizza. But oddly enough it actually made it taste better. Also this place ain’t cheap about $6 a slice or more. Just not worth the hype, it tries to be fancy with fancy toppings but in the end the pizza itself just is void of flavor. I won’t be going back, 3 stars.

We had the hot honey pepperoni and bacon and leek slices. I see why this place is so hyped up. The pizza itself is fantastic: simultaneously crispy and soft crust, plenty of toppings (especially the pepperoni), and large portions. My only reservation is that it is insanely overpriced. In no world should a pepperoni pizza cost almost $50!

I am truly grateful for delicious Pizza! Miami Slice has just that, using delicious fresh ingredients and serving up pies at an astounding rate like it’s no one’s business. Being from NYC I appreciate that you can get a slice instead of a whole pie, making it easy to stop by on your own or come with a partner to devour some gourmet cheesy goodness. That being said, it is no cheap slice, but trust me the price is worth it. Their pepperoni slice upgraded with the works is an excellent pizza slice— it holds its own against the greats of NY. Having that fresh stracciatella with basil leaves hand torn and dispersed right as it’s served… with Parmesan wheels lying around to top it off with some freshly grated… it’s a truly special experience for a slice of pizza. Aromas, flavors, and great quality ingredients. Inside the restaurant seating is basically two strips of bar seating— one facing out (usually people eating takeout or waiting for it) and one facing the artfully crafted pies in front of the fiery ovens. The staff is kind and courteous. Overall vibe is a downtown corner takeout pizzeria that’s so good it’s also a low key restaurant— 🍕🙌 🕯️

I’ve been going to this place since 2023 and I love it! The best pizza in my opinion is the leeks on bacon with the cheese dip, and the pistachio cheesecake is to die for! I only go for those particular ones. However, with all the popularity they have I wish they could move into a bigger space- I love the atmosphere inside but it’s too small and on weekends it’s really uncomfortable. I don’t want to sit outside since it’s hot and humid and I’m just not vibing with it. I also wish they could start doing deliveries instead of being solely in person or pick up.
