Main St. location in Jacksonville,Fl We ordered pizza online because the number that’s on Google is incorrect and it goes to someone’s cell phone. They only have one person working and we waited three hours for our pizza when we were told 25 minutes. Didn’t receive nothing to compensate the time that we had to wait . They really need employees at that store. It is very understaffed one person working. walked in and seen burnt pizzas so I’m assuming that the person had to re-cook orders. It doesn’t allow us to cancel order or ask for a refund online when you pay with your credit card or debit card. Go to the store and place order is best .

Visited on a Tuesday night, ordered online the process was easy, quoted 20-25 minutes was just ready when I arrived about 15-20 minutes. The bread sticks are very unique the dough has a very nice chew, the marinara is very smooth and you can tell is fresh, the pizza was very good and flavorful, the dough being the standout is the standout you can tell it’s made fresh and with quality. The sweet tea was sweet, sweeeeet, but delicious. If I come across this chain again I would order again.

I found this place picking up an order for someone and when I tell you I'm hooked on the bacon chicken ranch pizza. I tried it without the bacon and when I say I'm in love, that will always be my staple. It's pretty pricey, but when I want to treat myself I will always come here. It's well worth it. I tried the taco pizza before the got rid of it. It was a unique taste. The sour cream balances out the pizza. Overall I like coming here and customer service is superb. Thank you for making the experience a great one. Will be back with an update on other items especially the cookie 🍪 😀

This pizza is an amazing pizza joint. They always have great inflation deals and the cookies are so good I don't want regular baked cookies anymore. The pizza is so delicious, the bread sticks are tasty and the sweet tea is just perfect. They staff is very polite and attentive and they are friendly as well. I would recommend this pizza to anyone looking for a great pizza that doesn't feel like a national chain. The pizzas taste fresh and are even amazing reheated.

I recommended this place to my elderly neighbors who don't get\n To have food like this, we ordered pasta bowls that were child size for over $20. The whole ticket came out to over a $100. And they were still hungry, I am so ashamed that I recommended it.
