A good first experience. I ordered through the website and it was ready within the time frame mentioned. It wasn't too busy at the time either. Both pizzas (Figo and Margherita D.O.P) tasted excellent. Normally I'm a white pizza fanatic, but the Margherita really stood out between the two.

wanted pizza and I have read good things about Fiamme. It was way out of my neighborhood, but I decided to make the trip (about 25 miles). I was very surprised at the "dining room" as it consisted of a few 2-person tables along the wall and a couple of multi-person tables next to the pizza oven and prep area. One server was there and she was pleasant but not real fast. The lunch special said 1 personal pizza, salad and drink for one price. It did not say it was for the margherita pizza only. I had to pay an upgrade charge for pepperoni and additional charge for a few mushrooms. There were only a couple of choices for a salad and I chose the Caesar. My salad was brought out first. Lettuce and cheese were very plentiful, dressing less so. It was okay. My pizza was pretty good, but not outstanding. There were a couple of burnt spots on the crust, but not a major deal. The drinks were canned sodas, no refills. It seems this place is expecting more take out business and not dine-in business. I don't do take out so I was a bit disappointed that the ambiance was that of a dark bar with no atmosphere. Overall, price was a bit high for what I got. $25+ inc. tax & tip with the zero ambiance. The one restroom is gender-neutral and not very inviting either. This is a place that I won't revisit.

Ordered online coming off the Catalina Highway with a ready time of 4:46. Arrived at 4:40 and the pizza was in the oven and at 4:44 I have my salad and two pizzas in hand. Excellent! The hostess was super nice. We ordered two 18" pizzas for 5 people. We aren't big eaters and had 4 slices left over. Dough is soft and chewy and the wood fire comes through nicely. Really cannot say enough good things about the pizza. Excellent shop!

Best pizza I’ve ever had in Tucson. Fast wood fired pizza. Sauce is fantastic (tangy not sweet). Very minor point and more of a personal preference is that I wish the cornice had more lift. I could have easily eaten a 2nd one as it was little and so good.

Best wood-fired Margherita pizza in town ❤️. I drive 45 min, each way, to enjoy Fiamme pizza. The fresh mozzarella and Napolitan flour are imported and all other ingredients are locally procured. The Arugla Salad is superb--it is topped with freshly shaved parmesan, pine nuts, cherry tomatoes, and a house-lemon dressing. Inside, there is some seating: a few tables for 2 people and 2 other tables that seat 4, possibly 6. The service is always great and the food is prepared to perfection. **It would be outstanding and adventageous if Fiamme expanded their location to the East side of Tucson.** This side of town keeps growing exponentially, and an authentic Italian pizza place would be very much welcomed 😀.
