The pizza was a solid 3.6 outa 10. The sauce was very strong and the cheese/ bread was almost flavorless. Not sure about the quality of the ingredients. The pepperoni definitely tasted low quality. Btw, the ranch was $3! Which is is crazy especially since it wasn’t even homemade. The fries were the upside to our entire meal. Our service was okay, but our server seemed out of it and potentially overworked. Atmosphere wasn’t what I expected, especially for the price, felt like going to a rundown building with a room in the back that happened to have pizza. Also, our table cloth was fully damp and when our food arrived we were hit with the scent of soap instead of the food themselves.

From the outside, you’d never expect much, but stepping inside feels like walking into a cozy little tavern that’s full of character. It has that classic, welcoming vibe where you instantly feel comfortable. The pizza was exactly what you’d hope for from a tavern-style spot — thin crust, cut into perfect pieces,and absolutely delicious. We’re from New Jersey, so we’ve had our fair share of great pizza, and I can honestly say this was really, really good. A hidden gem worth finding!

Definitely lives up to the reviews. Thinnest crust I've ever seen on a pizza in my life, and it's perfectly crispy. Loaded with toppings. I might have to drive the 6 hours from my house just to come back here.

My significant other and I decided we wanted pizza for dinner. Not being from the Milwaukee area, we decided to take a chance on Zaffiro's. We were met with a friendly greeting and a lovely atmosphere. We arrived around 3:30ish (a little before the dinner rush). Our servers name was Nikki, who was very friendly and public-spirited! She highlighted some of the popular menu items and even some of her personal favorites. My partner and I ended up going with one of Nikki's Recommendations, which was the mozzarella sticks along with a large Pizza. It wasn't too long until our mozzarella sticks arrived, which were very good! About 10-15 minutes or so later, our Pizza was ready and served. The pizza was amazing! The crust was crispy and the flavor was superb! Nikki was consistent in checking up on things and made sure that we were taken care of. Shout out to Nikki for incredible service! I definitely recommend that you, the one reading this review, try this place out. Will absolutely be back next time visiting Milwaukee!

Best thin crust pizza anywhere! Be sure to try the Zaffiro’s Special salad. Been in business forever. Nothing fancy, but great food.
