I recently moved to the area and Jet's sent my family a free pizza coupon in the mail. Very cool. The pep n cheese we ordered was great - crunchy crust and deep dish. The service was outstanding as I was greeted right away when I entered the store and taken care of promptly. The store is a little dated at the Kenilworth location, but that was the only non-5 star item. Will be back for take out soon!

Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza came exactly on time as expected and got a call right away from the driver excellent customer service delicious afternoon pizza i will be back! Be sure to tip your delivery drivers!

The pizza is the best, but the service sucks. You can never get anyone on the phone and delivery takes forever!! It’s always at least an hour and a half for delivery so don’t order if you’re hoping for something quick.

I've been getting delivery from this shop since 2020 and have only had good experiences. The pizza always gets here earlier than the estimate they give when I order, it's always hot and perfectly cooked, and the drivers are super nice.

took 2 and a half hours to get our pizza and tried to cancel our order through calling and the lady on the phone told us our order was waiting to go through doordash when we didn’t order through doordash so ??? and then was disrespectful and hung up and refused to refund our order. will not be ordering here again.
