Serious Pizza… more like SERIOUSLY SLOW. We walked in around 6:10pm on a Wednesday and it was pretty dead, so we thought easy win. We came specifically because they offer both vegan and non vegan options which is perfect for us. We were told 35 minutes. Fine. An hour later we are starving after a run in the heat and still no food. I check in and get told 12 more minutes. Breadsticks come out for my husband. Still no pizza. At this point the place starts filling up and you can see smaller orders come out like one slice pizza orders , while ours is nowhere in sight. After waiting even longer, I ask again. The cashier says 5 minutes, but the cook makes it obvious our order has not even been started. It felt like orders were being made at random, not in order, like the guy was making whatever he felt like . We finally got our food at 8:00pm. Yes, almost two hours later for one pizza and breadsticks. We ordered an 18 inch half vegan /half deluxe and breadsticks, $40. Add another $6.60 for parking, which is a mess by the way. By the time we got the food we were so over it we didn’t even take a photo. Pizza was meh . I appreciate having vegan options, but I also appreciate a place that can manage a basic dinner service & train staff properly. The bathrooms were dirty, the tables were sticky, even the table number was sticky. Not a great look. This was a frustrating experience from start to finish and unfortunately not somewhere we would come back to. One star is generous. The scratcher coupons we were given to try to remedy are laughable !

As first-time patrons, visiting from Iowa due to military assignments, we were particularly impressed with every aspect of our visit. We were especially grateful for the military discount that was graciously offered, a gesture that resonated deeply with us given our current posting in Texas. This thoughtful consideration further enhanced our positive impression. Above all, we wish to extend our highest commendation to Markie, whose service was exemplary. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth were evident from the moment she took our order until the completion of our meal. Markie’s remarkable dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction significantly elevated our dining experience. Furthermore, we were consistently impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the premises and the superb quality of the pizza. These factors, combined with the outstanding service, made for a truly delightful and memorable occasion. We were thoroughly delighted with our visit and wish we could give ten stars!

This was our first time here based on a suggestion of a friend. As a pizza connoisseur hands down this pizza was at the top of my list for delicious pizza. The staff we worked with was very friendly and attentive. There was someone who was talking about about a situation and wasn't using the best language. It was so bad I that I was offended, just wanted to give a heads up in case you're sensitive to that. The best part the have beef based pepperoni! I was able to have a pork free supreme pizza!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 We got our pizza half and half, it was the largest size, I forgot what it's called, but I took a picture and I'll share it. The BBQ chicken side was my favorite, and I think the rest of my family too. I know the pizza was good because my husband went in. He eats pizza because I like it, but he really enjoyed this pizza.🤩 The dough was...🤌🏾 chef's kiss!😋 I will definitely visit here again. P.S. They don't take cash and we had them double slice our pizza so the pieces wouldn't be huge.😅

The dining room at this joint is industrial, clean, and dark. I just ordered my first slice: pepperoni, red sauce, mozzarella and ricotta cheese. It's almost 10 pm and it's quiet here. I was told by the friendly guy behind the counter that they stay open till midnight, then on weekends until 3:00 a.m. 5 minutes later... The huge slice just arrived on a tray covered with a sheet of wax paper. The slice is bigger than my head. This could be a practical joke; where's the camera crew? It is easily the equivalent of three slices from a competitor. Even though this is New York style, I'm afraid I have to start with a plastic fork and knife because it's too big for me to hold. The first bite of this thin-crust marvel is toasty and I look forward to the next. 2 minutes in and I have devoured half of the slice, the smaller half, so about 1/3rd of the slice. It's time to fold it and do a proper New York style pizza test. The red sauce is good, but to me a little plain. It could use some garlic, perhaps, or a little more pepperoni. I wonder what my experience would be had I chosen the roasted garlic alfredo sauce, which is the only other sauce available if you're just getting a slice. Ricotta cheese is soft and tends to neutralize flavor, maybe ? I think I think should have just chosen mozzarella. Or mozzarella and Parmesan. Yes. This is a texture issue with the ricotta. That is my fault. They made it the way I ordered it. Forgive me, I'm from Texas. I don't know any better. I almost forgot the dipping sauce. I opened it and enjoyed dipping it with the end of the crust. All's well that ends well. Overall I'm impressed. I'll be back soon to try another slice.

So sad I’ve been coming over a year but the pizza has changed from thin to thick slices.. even on the margarita pizza had huge cuts of tomatoes. It used to be thin crust and long cooked well slices. Hope they go back to the original style they had going on.
