Ordered my pizza online on 12/18 order number 980130 and was excited since I haven’t been to a mellow mushroom in a while. I held off on posting a negative review because I know they can really affect a business and I wanted to give them a chance to make it right but it seems like they don’t care about their reputation so I’m moving forward with the review. I gave feedback about how I had purchased a large pizza but at pick up I was told they ran out of large dough and what I got was a medium. I wasn’t offered any type of remedy to fix it just that was all they had so that’s what I got. Never received any communication from the store or corporate about how I would be reimbursed for them taking my money. I would have asked to speak with a manager but while I was waiting I overheard the host telling another unhappy customer the manager wasn’t there. Idk what kinda clown car restaurant y’all are running but this place is literally a joke. I can say the pretzel bite promotion they were running at least tasted good but the pizza photo speaks for itself. Wonder if the cooks just didn’t want to make it or just gave me the leftovers from a previous order. Doubtful I’ll be back to this location ever again, and definitely left a sour taste in my mouth about the company itself. If you want a consistently good pizza go to Mama’s pizza. If you want to roll the dice to see if you’ll get what you ordered then come here.

LET ME TELL YALL SOMETHING!!!! KIM IS AMAZING, she is the waitress who helped us out, i was impressed she was managing all the tables in the restaurant from what i could see! the food is decent, ill be honest i wouldnt go out of my way for it BUT i would totally visit this location just to see kim!!! you can tell that mellow mushroom really used to stand out, i think i missed the glory days, they used to carry these marinated Portobello mushrooms ive heard great things from my family but they no longer carry them, very sad to hear… but ending on a positive note kim is great, if you arrive to this location and see her definitely enjoy the vibes shes the bomb! Mellow Mushroom peeps if youre reading this definitely give your girl a raise, she deserves it❤️

First time ordering and definitely the last. Paid over $80 for a soggy mediocre salad and cold wings not warm but COMPLETELY COLD wings the pizzas meh we were already disappointed biting into cold wings they had to be out for the longest it’s impossible they were prepared when I ordered them I was literally in the parking lot when I received the text that the order was ready. Makes me wonder a whole lot of things how do you serve a customer COLD wings and soggy bad romaine lettuce?

I absolutely loved everything I tried here! Their cheese pizza is so gooey, fresh, and flavorful — the crust is perfectly baked and the cheese is top quality. The vegetable calzone was loaded with fresh veggies and melty cheese, and it came out piping hot and crispy on the outside. The soft pretzels are a must-try — warm, soft, and served with a super tasty dipping sauce. And the veggie pizza was amazing, packed with a variety of fresh vegetables and that signature Mellow Mushroom crust that never disappoints. The atmosphere was fun and chill, perfect for families or hanging out with friends. I’ll definitely be coming back again — everything was sooo good! 🍕🥨💛

It was decent. It's been a few years since we've been to a Mellow Mushroom and this Friday night was our first Texas Mellow Mushroom. We ordered draft beers, a small Greek salad and a small Holy Shitake Pizza plus Sausage Our server, Cara was pleasant and helpful. She took our drink orders right away. The beers were cold and tasty. I while later, we ordered our food. - Small Greek Salad: it was just okay. Not special - Holy Shitake Pizza plus Sausage: I really like it. My wife thought the bottom crust at the outer edge was a bit burnt on 2 of the 4 slices. It was darker for sure but I was good with it. All in all, a good meal with good service. I’d eat here again.
