Caitlin Dill 3 months agoI would compare the food to Iggy’s. It was incredible! The service was also impeccable. Huge fan of the little gem Cesar salad, squash pizza and ravioli. The chocolate cake and gelato was also delicious. And last but not least - my dirty martini hit the spot. Thanks for a great date night out!
Daniela Reina a month agoGreat restaurant! Me and my twin sister celebrate our Birthday! The staff was amazing, they went beyond our expectations they received us with personalized gifts and menu! The pasta and pizza super fresh and great portions! 5 stars too to the Lady at the Bar she created great cocktails for us! Great balance, ambiance is nice and sophisticated, we had celebrated our b-day in other restaurants but INDACO went above and beyond our expectations! Good job to the managers and servers!!
Annaliese Mannino 2 months agoThank you for making our anniversary so special. This was the best service we both have ever received from a restaurant. When we arrived they asked us if we were there for a special occasion. They sat us at a table covered in rose petals with menus that said Happy Anniversary at the top. Jay was our server and he went above and beyond. Tiffanie, the manager, also checked in with us before and after out our meal and even asked us if we had any allergies or dietary restrictions to note prior to taking our order. All of our food came perfectly timed out and they even included complimentary meatballs and tiramisu with a candle for our special day. We will definitely be returning.
Brett Wilhelm a month agoFantastic new Italian in Germantown, we will be back! We enjoyed an impressive spread, knowledgeable & friendly staff and an airy but cozy design during a delightful date night at Indaco. Our waitress Sevin guided us through their creative menu experience, including a “twist” of originality at every course. They nailed the classics (meatball appetizer, Caesar salad-this dressing is a can’t-miss, seared branzino, zeppole, proper espresso). Where they really delivered was on their signature offerings (basil forward “dollar slice” gin cocktail, lobster tortellini-with just the right amount of lemon, chicken saltimbocca-my favorite “bite” of the meal) We didn’t even get to explore the double sided ravioli or vegan pasta with pickled veg (!?!?), but all the more reason to go back… Thank you Indaco team, we will be making the quick hop from east Nash regularly!
Risa Miller a month agoWent here for my birthday dinner with my fiancé and i must say it was the the most special a restaurant has ever made me feel! They asked what we were celebrating beforehand and things that I like to do/my hobbies- and then created a personalized menu with photos of them & even gifted me a watercolor paint set! It was so special. I loved the big windows/lighting inside. Not blaring loud like most Nashville restaurants. It was also nice to have space between tables / not be shoulder to shoulder or overhearing others’s convos. We got the Tagliatelle, Agnolotti, Lasagna Bianca, Lobster Tortellini, Burrata, Wood Fired White Beans & Tiramisu. My favorite was the lasagna Bianca - it was very unique & I love that it was “crisped” it the wood-fired oven. The homemade pasta was delicious. Food was warm and presentation was amazing 🤩The lobster tortellini was also delicious. Very unique flavors overall and good pairings. The tiramisu is also delicious - the bottom layer is more like a shortbread cookie than a ladyfinger- great texture. We parked a little bit away in street parking rather than the garage; sounds like this was the right move based on the 2 hr garage limit (meals here will take at least that amount of time). This was the only slight downside: wait times during the meal - it seemed like food came out quickly enough but they may be slightly understaffed from a waiting/bartending standpoint. But I know this restaurant just opened so they’re still working out the kinks. giving grace! I will definitely come back and want to try the weekend brunch! Thanks for making it such a special night.
