Fantastic pizza! We were in town for the Guardians, Cavs, and Monsters games. Tried a lot of local food, and this was hands down the best. 12 y/o son who is usually pretty indifferent proclaimed this was the best pizza he's ever had. That alone is enough for a five-star review. The staff was very friendly. Definitely wanted to make sure we had a good experience, and we certainly did! Loved the ceiling decor as well!

I ordered from these guys on Saturday and MY GOODNESS... it really is the BEST pizza in Downtown Cleveland. The management is really funny, especially when confusing me that my order had anchovies instead of pepperoni before letting me know everything is accurate as I placed it. I can tell they enjoy messing with customers but it's all for fun (I'm in the tourism industry so I do the same thing) Congrats on becoming my good-to for LOCAL pizza 🍕🍕🍕

Jacob is AMAZING!! Was super sweet, made sure we had everything we needed. Brought my friends MASSIVE calzone to the table and said to let him know if we needed anything. Clean tables, was cool inside even though it was hot outside. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be coming back!!!

Pizza Melt has THE BEST pizza we ever had. If we were from around here we would be ordering here all the time. Jacob is super friendly. He personally made the second pizza we ordered to bring with us on our trip! Definitely picture worthy! The food gets out super quick and fantastic! 10 outta 10. If you pass up on this place you’re missing out!

Jacob helped me to the car, I grabbed some boxes of pizza and cookies to donate to a shelter nearby. He was so kind and helpful! The pizza was steaming hot and on time for pickup. Smells great, looks great, and I know it tastes great. Stop by if you want a great slice or 8 :) -Kash
