I just ordered two pieces from them over an hour and a half ago and the online tracker still say bacon or whatever and then I got a text from DoorDash saying deliver when nothing was delivered here or nothing. They just stole my pizza. This is the worst Marcos pizza there is This Location should not be here.

I will never order from this location again. I spent $78.94 AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. I placed an order online through the Marco’s website. I called the store for over an hour and when I finally got ahold of the store they stated that DoorDash would bring my order because that location doesn’t have drivers. I emailed Marco’s and no response. So I’m still waiting on a refund!!!

EDIT: The DM contacted me and refunded my order few weeks later and gave me a few free pizzas. Also said the store has a phone. 4 stars. Good management. Quality of food here is good and they are always timely. 1 star cause its now been 2 hours waiting for my delivery, i got confirmation it went through, and I've called 4 times and no one answers. I called another store who also couldnt get ahold of this store and said that this store has a phone number but the way the store is setup the phone isnt even near the workers so no one ever answers it cause they cant hear it. Thats ridiculous. Get a phone like come on now. And ive already emailed the corp email cause I expect a full refund obviously

Fire the whole crew and start fresh. No one answers the phone, waiting over an hour and a half and no word if a pizza is ever coming. Money came out my account though… I’ll stick to the one on Memphis Ave.

We were excited to find out that Marco’s Pizza had opened a location in the Carnegie Food Hub. Prior to this it was hard to have a good pizza product delivered in the downtown Cleveland area. We recently had the opportunity to order from this location through Door Dash. Our order arrived quickly and was still hot. It was prepared as ordered and our side items were included. The pizza was consistent with our experience with other Marco’s locations and adds a wonderful option when ordering food to be delivered. We will continue to order from this location.
