Wow, Edison’s was great. Tonight we tried Cent’s pizza and Edison’s. We all like Edison’s way better. The sauce, cheese, and crust were each great. I really like each. In fact, the crust got better as you neared the end and the final bites of crust almost tasted like a great pie crust. The pizza came with honey, which brought the whole thing up a level. I now consider it one of the best pizzas in Cleveland.

Amazing pizza!! I drive 45 minutes to get this pizza over any other local mom and pop or major chain!!!!

I’m a regular here and today the sweet young woman with the red hair took my order and instead of charging me separately for each item, she charged as one of their specials as I always get. However, today I guess it was the owner or manager lady with glasses who was there who told the cashier she is not supposed to give me that discount, that cashier is always working hard and has a very positive attitude as she handled the situation with ease and apologized to the manager. This whole experience made me feel bad for the cashier and I since apparently specials are for special people, maybe the manager doesn’t like the way I look.

This is one of my favorite places. Truly excellent pizza with generally nice people people working. They are always slammed late night for there pizza. I recommend an afternoon there with a friend or two. Drink a beer, eat a pizza (chicken bacon ranch), and take your dog as well to their patio. The pizzas are a little slow to come out, but they make them from scratch and put enough toppings to feed a small country. The patio is dog friendly and fun, but hot without fans. Nothing fancy or refined. Just people having a good time.

I'm not sure if these are compliments or complaints so I'll give it 3 stars. I believe I've grew accustomed to pizza shops trying to make a dollar stretch and adding the toppings very sparingly. That's just my preference so that's why it is not 5 stars. They definitely give you your money's worth but my problem is lifting the pizza and every topping except for the cheese and pepperoni falling off. I appreciate them giving the customer a lot of toppings but throwing them on top of the pizza with no cheese to keep them there is strange. I prefer having at least a few toppings attached to my pizza. I'll try again with 2 toppings.
