Backlot Taphouse has a great beer selection and tasty Detroit style pizza. The meatball pizza was perfect. It's such a chill vibe with a great staff. You order at the bar so make sure to grab a menu before choosing a table.

Nice place with a super selection of on tap beers. They can also make any kind of cocktail. The pizza was outstanding. We gad the Ruben Special. Lots of toppings.

New way of dining I fear. Scan the QR code order your food, pay for your food. If you're using cash or want alcohol you have to get up and go to the bar to order. If you want a drink refill you'll get it your self. The bartender was very pleasant. The food was good and fast service. We just weren't fans of the pizza sauce. Burgers and wings were good. Here were game on the tables which was fun for our group!

We had takeout this evening and it was a big miss. The pizza was doughy and undercooked. The toppings were either flavorless or too many peppers on the Cadillac overpowering each bite. I will try to salt and bake it hoping that it is edible. We have had takeout several times from here over the past couple of years-this is the first fail.

Pizza is fantastic! Great crust and the toppings were plentiful. The beer choices are good. If you can’t find something to drink here, you should just stay home.
