Minskys at 51st and Main- took over an HOUR to serve a SMALL pizza and 3 MINI pizzas and 5 sandwiches, No mixed drinks and 2 cokes! We were the 1st or 2nd table in the place. Several people, who came in much later, were served first, even pizza orders. Seven people in our group were served and finished their food BEFORE the 3 mini pizzas even came. No attempt to refill glasses or check that the table was completely served. No explanation was given for delayed and late service. We had to ask the waiter for every step of the process. Tickets were late coming out as well. No offer was made to comp ANY portion of the tickets for the table. Furthermore, as we left a Minskys delivery van was loading up on orders so they were making those orders to be ready for pickup before orders for customers already waiting in their restaurant! We were all going to a play and chose to gather at a nearby location to lunch prior to heading to the play. We will NOT make that choice in the future. I DO NOT recommend this location if you are hungry or dont have time to kill waiting around.

First of all the guys were great. Other people's Pizza looked great so I was super optimistic. Mine however was a disaster. I got the Margherita Pizza. Simple right? Apparently not. They used part-skim mozzarella instead of whole milk or burrata, and the crust is so thick that none of the sauce soaked in and turned into a soupy mess. What I got was a really tomatoey pizza with small balls of regular mozzarella super sparsely placed about. (And where was the garlic?) They did put fresh basil on it however. This was an attempt at a Margherita pizza and with no real ingredients to make it a real margarita pizza it was failed attempt.

great cheese and crust, not too greasy, I definitely recommend the margarita pizza. the waiters are super cool and nice. the place isnt huge, I could see it filling up pretty fast, but we went when it wasnt busy and it was super chill.

I'm not from here. I wanted local pizza while visiting for a funeral. Everyone suggested this place. I ordered a Marguerita pizza on a Thursday. I was supposed to get a discount. I'm not a cashier. How am I supposed to know they dont know how to add a coupon when you add an extra topping. I paid full price. There was a large party already seated when we arrived. I used to be a server. I understand having to wait a bit longer when I arrive after a party. However, I waited 15 minutes longer than I was quoted, and when we tried to find out how much longer we would have to wait, nobody received us. We are respectful.We stood at the counter for 10 minutes and was ignored. I finally got my Marguerita pizza, devoid of my extra topping and NO BASIL. WHO MAKES A MARGUERITA PIZZA WITHOUT BASIL. Never again.

Very great pizza place ! The Margherita and Combo pizza was delicious. We did on thin crust and one thick, they were both excellent. The wings are actually jumbo! They were good, but a little dry. The salads were great. Above all, the staff was friendly and just made for a great atmosphere.
