Greg Squyres 2 months agoMy son ran the Boston Marathon, and he was starving afterward! Pizza sounded perfect, so we headed to Sabino’s Pizza, partly because it was within walking distance of our hotel. We wanted to eat quickly, so we opted for individual slices that were already prepared. My wife went with her usual: pepperoni. She knows what she likes and rarely deviates! My son and I are a bit more adventurous, so we both ordered slices of buffalo chicken and the combo pizza. The combo slice was loaded with everything—pepperoni, peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, and arugula. If you love a pizza with lots of ingredients, this one really delivers! However, our favorite was definitely the buffalo chicken. The buffalo sauce was flavorful and perfectly balanced, without being overly hot or vinegary. The pizzas are thin-crust and absolutely massive. We managed to finish our slices, but it was definitely a challenge! Since we were walking from the hotel, we decided to eat at the restaurant rather than taking it to go. That almost became an issue because seating is extremely limited; when we arrived, every spot was taken. Fortunately, a group left just in time, and we snagged a spot at the counter. I’d advise most people to think of Sabino’s primarily as a takeout spot. Beyond pizza, they offer paninis, wraps, burgers, salads, and even fried chicken. I can’t vouch for those other items personally, but I can heartily recommend the pizza. It was excellent!
Kevin Zheng a month agoHonestly, I don’t know what happened to this place. It used to be good, but lately it has been horrible. Please do not order online, because clearly some of the employees don’t know where the orders are coming from. Some customers couldn’t even get their money back after the restaurant closed 3 hours earlier than posted. None of them seem to know how to cook a burger, and they just said they only had pizza available on display which was still cold when served. There are also a couple of younger employees who really don’t seem to care about customer service. Please read the other reviews before coming to this restaurant. This place was great in the past, but unfortunately not with the current state Edited
Sampaio 8 months agoOliveira’s Express is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Boston — just steps from Mass General Hospital. The food is absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and full of authentic taste! Every dish is made with care, and you can feel the pride that goes into each plate. The restaurant is spotless, the staff is warm and professional, and the atmosphere is both welcoming and relaxing — perfect for a quick lunch or a casual dinner after a long day in the city. Open till 8:00pm — Despite the ongoing construction nearby, Oliveira Express remains a must-visit for anyone looking for real flavor and genuine hospitality in Boston.
Iago Medeiros 11 months agoBest Pizza in Town – Sabino’s! Sabino’s never disappoints. The crust is light and crispy, the ingredients are super fresh, and every flavor is spot on. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere make it even better. If you're looking for top-quality pizza, this is the place. 🍕🔥
Jack Meoff 8 months agoMy new favorite, recently discovered, to go to place for any from a slice of quality pizza to an actual dinner that satisfaction every time. Humble people too. Hard to find even with all the doordash options. Order online for 20 percent off first timers.. totally worth the prices. As they say you get what you pay for.. very true here. As a last side note. I grew up as an Italian food snob.. Im a hard critic aside from my own cooking. #Enjoy!!!!!
