Everything was great. I had a slice of the Butcher Block pizza and it was cooked to perfection with a crispy crust but not overdone. One thing to note though, I only saw one table downstairs. The rest of the seating is upstairs which is super cute or outside. Prices weren't too bad either! Solid 10 for me!

Really great pizza joint on Capitol Hill! Lunch special was 2 slices and a drink for $14.50. The pizza and the garlic knots were savory and fantastic. They also serve ice cream which the kiddos loved. Highly recommend this place of youre out touring the Capitol or Library of Congress!

Stopped at this place because of their rating/popularity and I like pizza. There was no wait on a Monday, 1pm, and the person taking the order was not very enthusiastic (like didn't want to be there) when we asked about a pizza. The butcher block was too salty, thr bacon me crazy was toooo sweet (glazed ham)the Detroit cheese tasted like elementary school cafeteria pizza and Margherita burrata was good. Also, tip is included with purchase as well as dc tax.

While the deep dish pizza was not comparable with those from Chicago, the regular Honey Ham Pineapple and Capitol Supreme pizzas were great. Generous in toppings and had the right amount of sauce and cheese. The crust was thick enough and slightly crunchy along the edge. You can order a pie with 2 different toppings combination. I'd definitely come back again.

Unfortunately my visit to We, The Pizza was pretty disappointing. Although the cashier was very nice and welcoming, I cannot justify waiting nearly 40 minutes for one slice of pizza and three garlic knots. The pizza was on the drier side (lacking some sauce and honestly not warm enough given how long we waited). The garlic knots were good enough but not worth a 40 minute wait, in my opinion. There was a large party upstairs that may have been responsible for the slow service but we left some time after them and noticed a super long line of folks still waiting for their food.
