Fresh and real ingredients! That’s what I thought of when I tried a pizza from Alfreda. If you’re not paying attention, you can walk right by this place because it’s very unassuming on the outside. However, the inside is very cute and would make for a nice date night with a partner, friend, or solo. I can see why people rave about the sourdough crust. That was my favorite part of the pizza. The sauce was fresh and I liked that it wasn’t too heavy on the cheese. Also, I could tell they use was quality cheese. I got mushrooms on my pizza, but I don’t think they added much distinction of flavor. Next time, I would just get the plain like my friend. The service was great! Everyone was attentive and made sure we had a great experience.

This place was absolutely fabulous! We were simply looking for somewhere to enjoy a drink after having Thai food nearby and were fortunate to stumble upon Alfredo. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately set the tone for a great experience. Had we not already been so full, we definitely would have ordered a pizza, as they looked incredible as they came out of the kitchen. Our bartender was fantastic. The drinks were generously poured, and on a whim, we decided to try dessert as well. Although I am not typically a tiramisu fan, their unique take completely won me over and was the perfect way to end the evening. We were thrilled to discover such a wonderful gem in Washington, D.C., and I am already looking forward to returning on my next visit.

Great thin crust pizza! Lovely service and decent speed! Their tiramisu was also nice and good portion size. Ask for their pie of the day or season. I was surprised with garbanzo beans based appetizers in their menu! It was pretty much like an Indian dish but tasted well!

I truly enjoy the pizza here - if you like good, straightforward flavors with a nice, hot crispy crust, this is great! My dining partners enjoyed the wings but I was not a fan - but if you like very crispy wings, you'll love them! The flavor was good, I am just personally partial to less crispy wings. Friendly service, not a huge place (but not cramped) and a small bar area, so would probably recommend a reservation for a weekend evening.

Fabulous pizza and wings - fun wine list. Unfortunately I can't eat Mozzerella but this place has a pizza designed not to have it. The tomato pie with pepperoni and hot Italian sausage and romano cheese was delightful - I will 100% be back.
