Visited on June 10, one day after this location opened. Going in with very low expectations based on early reviews actually helped a lot, so keep that in mind. Service: We were seated promptly, but it took about 15 minutes before we realized no server was coming. We had to flag down our hostess to ask who was supposed to help us. She was absolutely wonderful and stepped in, took our order, and made sure we were taken care of. Honestly she was the MVP of the visit. About 30 minutes into our visit, a server finally appeared and offered us drinks. By that point we had been there half an hour with no water. She did seem to feel bad and genuinely picked it up from there, so credit where it is due. The tables around us were having it worse though. Multiple tables received the wrong deep dish pizzas and managers were making the rounds apologizing. It was a bit chaotic all around us, and we were grateful we at least got the right order. Food: We ordered the 10 inch Chicago Special and the skillet cookie for dessert. The flavor on the pizza was genuinely really good, 8 out of 10. It was a bit thinner and had less cheese pull than what you get in Chicago, but the taste was still there. The skillet cookie was a nice, cozy finish to the meal. Wait Time: This is worth calling out separately. A deep dish typically runs about 40 to 45 minutes. Ours took well over an hour, closer to an hour and fifteen to an hour and twenty minutes. For a 10 inch pizza that is a long time to sit and wait, especially with the service challenges on top of it. Just be prepared for that going in. Atmosphere: Really cute inside. There is a mini replica of the Willis Tower, neon lights, fun vibes overall. The space itself is a real win and you can tell a lot of thought went into it. Bottom Line: The staff is clearly still being trained and this location needs more experienced service professionals. For now, I would honestly recommend ordering carryout or delivery over dining in. The food is worth it, but the sit down experience is not quite there yet. Once they find their footing, I think this place has real potential. Just go in with very low expectations on service and you will not be disappointed. 3 out of 5 stars (revisiting once they settle in)

This location is in a very nice area, the food was tasty, the cheese pull was incredible, the sample platter was out really quickly, was piping hot, and really fresh. The pizza takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes if you are looking to hang out and chill it’s a cool spot with a bar, if you would like something fast not the spot for you. The service was very basic, Nothing special.

I visited the restaurant on a Monday evening, so my party of 6 was seated right away. Every employee I encountered was extremely friendly and our server was great! He was very helpful with helping us choose our dishes. He let us know right away that the deep dish pizzas tend to take 45 mins to an hour to prepare, which was good to know so we ordered appetizers for the table and other dishes for the kids to eat so they wouldn't have to wait too long. All the items we ordered was soo good! We left the restaurant very satisfied. I see some other reviews mentioned having a long wait time, so I suggest eating here earlier in the week when there are less crowds. I highly recommend this restaurant!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Andretta and the rest of the staff dod an amazing job serving us! The warm and friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our family were well taken care of. Andretta especially treated us well and made sure we had everything we needed. We love the atmosphere and the entire staff! The food was Fabulous!❤️❤️❤️

My family of six went to their soft opening and we were really impressed. Every server there, including those bussing tables, was polite, friendly, and very helpful. The pizzas do take some time to come out but I appreciate that because that means they are made fresh. In the meantime the appetizers we ate while waiting were delicious. I like that there are three different styles of pizza to choose from and other dishes so that you weren't stuck with just ordering deep dish pizza (which was very good). I'm impressed with the portion sizes as well. It's a little loud in there but that also could have been due to the hustle and bustle of the soft opening. We will definitely go again.
