Bocca Lupo Pizza — 3/5 A decent pepperoni pizza, but do not go in expecting authentic Neapolitan. The dough was a bit chewy, and true Neapolitan style calls for a different flour altogether, so the name does set expectations it does not quite meet. That said, the pepperoni and cheese flavours were solid, and it was far from bad. Firmly in the middle ground. The service and atmosphere inside San Pedro Square Market were a highlight though. A good spot for a reliable slice, as long as you adjust your expectations accordingly.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Easily one of the highest quality pizzas you will get in San Jose. The crust is light, airy, crispy and charred just enough for that neopolitan taste. Located on the bar side of San Pedro square. They are the eatery in this area that stands out and above the rest and is worth stopping buy just to buy a pie. Can't say enough good things about the food and the owner.

Pizza Bocca Lupo did not disappoint. We ordered the Margherita pizza and it had really great flavor all around. The sauce wasn’t overpowering at all—just a clean, fresh tomato taste that let everything else shine. The best part was the crust: thick with a slight char that gave it a great crunch and texture on the outside, while still being soft and airy on the inside. Simple ingredients done right. Definitely worth coming back for.

Delicious pizza and outstanding service. They make 12” personal size pizzas that can get cut into 4,6, or 8 pieces. We got 3 pizzas-veggie, cheese, and margherita (not pictured)- cut into 8 pieces each. Perfect crust. Amazing dough. You don’t feel heavy after enjoying a few slices. Great for family style/sharing.

I had an outstanding experience at this pizza place. I ordered a personal pepperoni and chicken pizza, and it was some of the best pizza I’ve had in months. The flavors were balanced, the pizza came out quickly, and the pizza makers were delightfully smiley. Even the soda was extremely bubbly
