I had been fasting and was very hungry, so when I finally opened the pizza, I was very disappointed to see that it was not properly cooked. The pizza was also quite expensive. Because the dough was undercooked, I could only eat the vegetables on top and had to leave the rest. The pizza dough is clearly undercooked. The crust is still raw and doughy inside, which shows it was not baked long enough. This seriously affects the quality of the food and makes it unpleasant to eat. I hope you can review this issue and provide a proper solution.

I doordashed a pizza and mozzarella sticks from this place and they did not include the marinara sauce. Pizza was great. Mozzarella sticks were dry and not that great without the sauce. Moral of the story do not doordash from his place. Pick up in person.

I ordered my pizza online so it would be ready upon arrival. I arrived at 10:35 to pick up my order and I asked the employee named AL if it was fine that I dine in. He told me no because they close at 12:00 and had already mopped. The location is open for another hour and 25 minutes! I reiterated and asked if I could just eat out of my pizza box on one of the tables as I wouldn't be using any plates or silverware nothing that would require needing to be cleaned.

I've ordered several times from this Mountain Mike's in midtown Sacramento. Easy peasy ordering system and delivery. Delivery has been on time or earlier than the quoted time which I'm not complaining. The drivers are the kindest. The food has been delicious. The cheesy, garlic bread is sooo good. Cheesy crisp edges, with soft bready innards. Mmm. The pizza is darn good. The sauce is tasty. The crust is oven baked deliciousness. I enjoy the plain chicken wings but don't particularly like the price tag. The plain wings have a dry, crisp coating that I like. Similar to air fry but not sure it is, the meat is moist though. But they need to be more consistent in providing napkins and utensils (for salads) for the delivery and take out orders.

I ordered a pizza for delivery for which I paid a delivery fee AND a 20% tip for the driver. When the driver got here with my food he had me come out to his car to get it. I told him that I had tipped him and that he should have brought it to my door. I then called the store to complain and was told the manager had gone home and would call me later. Never called. I then emailed Mountain Mike's corporate office and was told that the store owner and the corporate business coach would contact me within 5 business days to fix the problem. And if they didn't contact me that corporate themselves would contact me to fix this. It's been over 7 days and have heard nothing. I've emailed them to ask when I will get them to help. I've received no response as of yet. Corporate does NOT CARE!! I will never eat at Mountain Mike's again!! The owner reached out to me and told me to fill out a formal on the Corporate website which I had done previously. They promised a response from the owner within 5 business days or corporate would help resolve the issue. It's now on day 7 and STILL no response from corporate!!! Issue not resolved!!! I stand by my review
