I've been coming for many years, but after two consecutive bad experiences, I dont think we will be coming back. Time to look for another pizza place. A few weeks ago, we ordered a pizza and since they were busy it took about an hour to get the pizza which I understand. However, what got me upset was that they didn't even cooked the pepperoni and ham even after waiting an hour. They just sliced it and threw it on top of it and that's it. I felt tricked and that they didnt think we'd noticed. We did! Now today, Sat, May 16th went back and ordered the usual, pepperoni and ham pizza along with a meatball sandwich. It was busy and waited about 50 mins. This time they did the same thing, but only with the hamm. On top of that they also forgot to make the meatball sandwich. The bottom line, is that I don't mind waiting as I know its busy, but dont try to trick us.

First time here. Got to say the atmosphere is great and staff was great. Great portions on the food and menu was great. Got the Prosciutto di Parma and it was good, but could have used some balsamic on it for more flavor. But would go back if in the area and give something else a try.

Made from scratch lasagna and French dip. The softest bread youve ever had. Annnnnd they have a personal market next door. Man bye. The fricken cheesecake was the best I ever had in my life. Pecan bar butter baby. Everything from scratch their cheese their sauce my mouth is still in orgasmic heaven.

Abysmal. The salad came quickly and was fine, but the lettuce wasn’t chopped evenly, the tomatoes were rock hard and barely pink, and overall what I’d expect from a crappy takeout place. The pizza never showed up, so I finally went to the counter, asked for it, and it was immediately handed over. Maybe because it had probably been on a hot rack for 20 min, the crust was completely hard and overcooked (not like a cracker crust, this crust is way too thick for that). The toppings had no flavor and overall the pizza tasted under-seasoned. I have no idea what all the rave reviews are about; you can get better pizza from the freezer aisle. Stay away.

Have never had a bad experience at Cortina’s. Was talking with one of my students about a food reviewer that I watch and had suggested he go to Cortina’s to get the Rocky Balboa, my favorite sandwich. Watching his review made me want to go to get a Rocky Balboa and it was everything I love about it. The cashier was polite and very warm in welcoming me. Sandwich was as always a 100/10. Dipping the sandwich in the au jus just elevates the flavor of the Balboa. Also tried the cheesesteak and I have to say, I was really impressed. Lots of meat piled into the bread, cheesy and juicy. I will never stop loving Cortina’s.
