Very friendly atmosphere and staff, they really make you feel at home. This is my second time visiting from LA, whenever I come to AZ I have to stop by, this is genuinely one of the best pizza places I've tried. Decided to give their hot honey wings a try and cheesy bread we were not disappointed, the wings especially were very good, light on the spice, just enough to enjoy the flavor. We always eat inside pizza comes out piping hot and ready to eat, it's definitely in the greasy side but it's pizza at the end of the day.

⭐ 1 Star Review Walked into Twisted Pies Pizzeria around 7pm for my first time. Kid behind the counter greets me and asks what I want. I tell him it’s my first time and I need a minute to look at the menu. Not even a minute later I’m ready and order garlic breadsticks and a 14 inch cheese pizza. He asks if it’s for here or to go. I say for here. He immediately starts panicking and says “well we close in an hour…” like I’m somehow rushing them. Then he repeats my order back wrong and says pepperoni pizza. I correct him again, 14 inch cheese pizza and garlic bread, plus a fountain drink. He tells me the fountain machine doesn’t work anymore and I have to buy a glass bottle Coke instead, which costs more. Then he says they’ll get the food out as fast as they can, clearly trying to rush everything. Bad move. The pizza came out undercooked, way too much cheese, and the dough was raw in the center of the pie. The breadsticks were actually good, but that’s about the only positive. I felt rushed the entire time from the moment I walked in. I was done eating around 7:30pm and they still had a half hour before closing, so there was no reason for that kind of pressure or sloppy food. This place could have potential with better staff training and by cooking the pizza longer with less cheese. Overall, terrible service and a poorly made pizza. Won’t be back.

The taste is fresh and homemade and staff is very friendly! Would definitely recommend!!! The owners are new, so once they get up and running I have no doubt this place will be a great hole in the wall spot :)

Nice and friendly employees. Food tastes amazing. Wife says this the best calzone she has ever had. The brownie muffins are like molten lava cakes. Soooo delicious!

I took my son in here on a whim for pizza for his birthday. We had never been but let tell you, we will be going back! The staff was so so kind and they treated us like we were regulars. We were all laughing and talking music. They all wished him happy birthday and made the whole experience so memorable. The food was DELICIOUS! The pizza was so great, it had a generous amount of cheese which we appreciated! We also had their lava brownies (maybe lava muffins; not sure the name on the menu), and they were fresh, warm and tasted so like they just made them from stretch. The decor was really inviting and just a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
